- Nicotine Replacement Therapy (Nicotine Patches, Gum and Lozenges)*
- Individualized treatment plan
Our Nicotine and Tobacco Quit Center Program will help you establish a realistic quit date and your Tobacco Treatment Specialist will provide multiple pathways and support during your quit experience. Evidence based treatment is provided using individual sessions as well as Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). Our specialists serve all ages.

Educational Presentations and Tabling Events
Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Quit Center offers informational presentations in the community or workplaces about how staff and others can use our services.
