Application Process
Applying is straightforward. Simply submit an Application, including a short statement of interest and any relevant qualifications. The application and lab placement processes are highly competitive. We strongly recommend preparing your application carefully and applying early. Applications will be accepted until the deadline (Monday, February 1, 2027), however the application portal will close once we receive 150 applications. Please open the application link to see an updated count of submitted applications.
Promising candidates will be invited for an interview for lab placement. If selected, you will then receive a Research Visitor Application from the HMH Volunteer Office. This application requires a detailed form, a background check, and medical clearance. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with your clearance confirmation and a PIN. This PIN is required for checking in and out of the research visitor system.
